Shinjuku Location of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The area is best known for Tokyo's early skyscrapers, erected in the 1970s. Major department stores, electronics stores and hotels can also be found here. On the east side of Shinjuku Station, Kabuki-cho is notorious for its many bars and nightclubs. Shinjuku Station moves an estimated three million passengers a day, making it the busiest in the world.

Hikawa Shrine Dwelling place of one Rei Hino, who practices lives and works here as a Shinto priestess. The shrine is sometimes used as a meeting place by the Inner Senshi. With the events that have escalated recently, the Senshi use this place as a base of operations. The shrine is also open to the public, there are even times when people come here to pay their respects and request blessings. Not to mention the charms people can get here.
